How Meditation Transformed My Life: A Personal Journey

The Beginning: Struggling with Health Issues

My journey into meditation started with a severe health issue. I had been suffering from relentless headaches that made it impossible to focus on my studies. Despite multiple hospital visits and consultations, I was not keen on taking medication. That’s when my brother, who had been practicing meditation for six years, suggested I give it a try.

Taking the First Steps

Motivated by my brother, I decided to take on a 45-day meditation challenge. Every night at 11 o’clock, I meditated for 45 minutes. By the end of the challenge, the headaches I had been struggling with for two years had completely vanished. This experience made me realize the power of meditation, and I decided to continue practicing.

Academic Success through Meditation

Meditation didn’t just help with my health; it significantly improved my academic performance. I became one of the top-ranking students in my engineering class. The increased energy and enhanced memory power that meditation brought allowed me to learn more in less time.

Exploring the Spiritual Realm

As I delved deeper into meditation, my energy levels rose, and I started sensing other people’s feelings. I also realized my aura, an energy field around the physical body, was expanding. One day, during meditation, I felt something moving within my body. My guru explained that it was my astral body, a lighter version of our physical body that we can feel when our energy levels are high. This experience deepened my understanding and connection to meditation.

Finding Love and Starting a Family

Through meditation, I even found my soulmate and got married. My husband and I now live a happy, spiritually fulfilled life together. After five years, we decided to invite a soul into our lives and had a baby. I could feel the baby enter my womb and communicate with him even before he was born. This deep connection continued throughout my pregnancy.

Sharing the Gift of Meditation

Now, my family and I meditate together, including our six-year-old son. I also organize meditation classes for children aged four to thirteen, helping them and their parents experience the benefits of meditation.
