Volunteer Service at Erwin Park, McKinney, TX organized by the McKinney Parks Foundation – September 13th, 2025.

The Meditation Magic team joyfully participated in a meaningful day of service at Erwin Park, McKinney, volunteering in tree planting and trail clean-up activities organized by the McKinney Parks Foundation.

With gloves on, gardening tools in hand, and plenty of sunscreen, bug spray, and protective gear, our team was fully geared up and ready to contribute. We had the wonderful opportunity to plant a beautiful Elm Oak tree, clear biking trails, trim bushes, and restore the natural beauty of the park.

The experience was more than just physical work—it was a day of deep connection with nature and shared camaraderie. Team members reflected on the importance of giving back to Mother Earth, and the conversations added an insightful layer to the volunteering experience.

Along the way, I also had the joy of meeting some incredible and like-minded individuals from the McKinney Parks Foundation, including Rick and Andy. Their passion and commitment to preserving nature were truly inspiring, and we look forward to more such collaborative events in the future.

A heartfelt thank you to Chandrika for initiating and coordinating this opportunity. We are grateful for the chance to make a difference and excited to continue blending service, nature, and community spirit.

On September 7th, Meditation Magic hosted a transformative evening at Magic Space, McKinney, with guest speaker Ray Dywer delivering a powerful session titled “Awareness is the Goal.”

Ray shared his deeply personal journey of healing and transformation, drawing inspiration from the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza, particularly Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and You Are the Placebo. With honesty and vulnerability, he spoke about breaking free from old identities, releasing past programming, and learning the true meaning of surrender.

Through stories of his own battle with illness, his military background, and his dedication to meditation, Ray illuminated how awareness becomes the bridge to self-healing and inner freedom. He emphasized that much of our daily life is ruled by subconscious patterns, and only through cultivating awareness can we step into our true potential as divine energy beings.

The evening was both insightful and practical, with Ray guiding participants through simple awareness practices—helping them experience the subtle yet profound shift from attention to awareness. His teachings on loving oneself, forgiving the past, and falling in love with the future self resonated deeply with everyone in attendance.

The session closed with a heartfelt reminder:
🌟 “Awareness is not just a tool, it is the goal. In awareness, we discover our true self, our healing, and our infinite potential.”

It was a night of wisdom, inspiration, and inner awakening—another beautiful step in the Meditation Magic journey of collective consciousness and self-realization.

  • From Matter to Energy: My Transformational Journey with Dr. Joe Dispenza – Divya Nadimpalli

Introduction to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Wisdom

Several years ago, I was introduced to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book “You Are the Placebo” by one of my dear spiritual friend. I was deeply moved by his incredible story—how he healed his spinal fractures through the power of the mind after a life-altering accident during a triathlon race in California. His teachings on manifestation and self-healing instantly resonated with me. Even before fully diving into the concepts, I began applying his principles intuitively—and in 2013, I manifested my dream job as a physical therapist. That’s when I thought if given a chance I would attend his workshop. My Intention manifested in the year April 2025.

My Transformational Journey with Dr. Joe Dispenza Retreat

Attending Dr. Joe’s week-long advanced retreat was nothing short of life-changing. The first couple of days served as a gentle warm-up—refreshing the foundational concepts I had learned through his books and meditations.

From Day 3, the real transformation began. We dove deep into heart and brain coherence—understanding how aligning our heart’s elevated emotions with the brain’s focused intention can create a harmonious electromagnetic field that influences our reality. Through powerful guided meditations, breath work, and visualization techniques, Dr. Joe helped us feel this alignment, not just understand it intellectually.

At first, I struggled to feel my heart open. I experienced intense pressure in my chest, but with sustained focus and gentle breath, I felt the energy slowly begin to unwind and unblock.

By Day 4, something profound shifted. After the morning meditation, I was filled with immense joy—my heart was overflowing with love. I felt so connected, so open, I wanted to hug everyone I saw. That feeling stayed with me throughout the retreat—a heart full of love and a body vibrating with lightness.

    The Magic of Coherence Healing

One of the most sacred and powerful experiences was the Coherence Healing session, where hundreds of us came together with open hearts and a single, focused intention—to heal our fellow seekers. We became conduits of divine energy, channeling love, compassion, and light to those in need.

During this session, I experienced an overwhelming sense of gratitude for life. I fell deeply in love—with myself, with everyone in the room, and with existence itself. The collective energy was palpable. I could feel the frequencies in the room synchronizing into one unified field of love and healing.

It was as if an indigo-blue electromagnetic field had enveloped the entire space. The air shimmered with coherence, and many participants later shared how they felt the energy moving at a subatomic and cellular level.

The room was filled with immense joy, gratitude, and sacred stillness—a divine oneness that transcended individuality.

In that moment, I knew we were not separate beings, but one field of consciousness, healing, uplifting, and transforming as one.

    Mystical Moments and Quantum Insights

On Days 4 and 5, we explored the concept of “nothingness”—the vast space of pure consciousness where all possibilities exist. In one guided meditation, I had a mystical experience: my body felt weightless, transforming into rays of indigo-blue light, merging with the infinite field of consciousness. I had become the field. I was the nothingness.

Dr. Joe also guided us to synchronize the mind with the heart, creating a state of wholeness and completeness I had never experienced before. It was as if my true self—joyful, loving, and free—had finally emerged from beneath layers of old patterns and emotional baggage.

    Embodying the Future Self

During the walking meditations on Days 6 and 7, we embodied our future selves. We walked as my future self, as if we had already achieved our dreams, feeling the emotions of success, joy, gratitude, and empowerment.

I fell in love with Dr Joe’s personality, his sense of humor, compassionate heart to transform the lives of millions, leaving a lasting impression in my heart.

I felt powerful, empowered, centered, and alive—no longer defined by past limitations but aligned with the vision of who I’m becoming.

Key Teachings of Dr Joe That Changed My Life

    • Feel the emotion of your future now. Don’t wait for something to happen to feel joy—feel it now, and the universe will match your vibration.
    • Rewire your brain by thinking new thoughts.
    • Regulate your heart by feeling elevated emotions like love, gratitude, inspiration.
    • Live your new personality daily through consistent meditation, visualization, and inner work.
    • Tap into the quantum field—the space of no identity, no time, no place—where miracles are born.
    • The pineal gland, he teaches, is your gateway—your inner antenna to connect to the unknown.

This retreat was more than an event—it was a sacred remembrance of who I truly am. I shed layers of old emotional baggage and stepped into a new reality. I feel lighter, more joyful, and deeply connected to my heart’s truth.

I now understand that we are not broken—we are powerful creators. Everything we seek is already within us. When we align our hearts with our minds, tap into the present moment, and embody elevated emotions, we become the magnet for the life we desire.

To anyone seeking transformation—your healing, your abundance, your freedom—it’s already here. It’s waiting for you to become it. Step into the unknown, trust the process, and watch the magic unfold.

  • From Near-Death to Spiritual Awakening: Amulya Shastri’s Story

From Near-Death to Spiritual Awakening: Amulya Shastri’s Story

    Hi everyone..!

My name is “Amulya” and I am from New Delhi.

Meditation or the journey into Spirituality.. began I think when I was in fifth standard..

I was in a Christian school but a Hindu. At home we used to do “Ganesh Chathurthi” celebration and hindu festivals. In school we used to recite “Our father in heaven and hymns and carols and all of that”. I used to wonder what is the difference between these two religions.. and this eternal quest began with “What is God..?”

In fifth standard one of my teachers told me.. after my moral science session.. one of my teachers said that “God is within you”, “What does it really mean..?” that question.. that quest began in terms of a thought subconsciously for me.

In seventh or eighth standard my sister was going through a migraine problem.. and my father was going through illnesses. So, like that we were introduced into “Meditation” and it was more very guru based and we did that.

We did that for two years. I thought “Ok.. let me begin.. why not.. the family is going out for meditation.. ok I will also go with it” and I flew with it. When we did.. It was very guru based and I thought “Ok.. let me just get some good marks with it probably” and despite doing it for two years I did not experience anything essentially with it.

So, slowly we got out of it.. because we didn’t connect with it anymore. And me and my parents decided “We are never not going to get into this guru based system”. Because, once you get into it.. you can’t get out of it. “So let’s just stay out of it”

So, the more and more my dad was going through major illnesses.. so we had to go to something beyond what medicines could not help to heal.

We were introduced to another meditation through a colleague of his. Once we started meditating .. it’s the first time that I sat.. we went to a center in Inderpuri in Delhi. And the first time I sat I actually felt energy.. I felt it so

deeply.. that it shook me thoroughly. And I was like “Ok.. there is something more than what I think I know”

But, I never regularly practised it.. there was no drive for me to do it. So, probably the first kick for me happened when it was my board exams.. those were my pre board exams rather.

And I was a very average student.. I would never get anything more than seventy percent. But I was very clear that I wanted science in the eleventh standard. And for that you need some at least.. eighty seven.. eighty eight percent at least. And I have never seen that kind of marks/grades in my life.

So, I was like “Ok, is that possible through meditation..?”  I asked someone.. they were like “Yes ! it’s possible.. you can actually see your papers before the exam”. I was like “Are you crazy..? Is that even possible..?”. I was like “Ok..

    let me just experiment”.

So, I did the forty day challenge.. so it was right before my pre boards.. not that I started at the beginning of tenth standard.. but at the brink when my board was just about to begin.. the preboard and the board. I started meditating

everyday right before my studying.. and before I sleep.. the moment I wake up.. and I start working on my thoughts.

So, I would secretly.. in exam time you are not supposed to be watching movies. I would secretly watch this movie called “The Secret” and I would work on the “Law of Attraction”. I would work on “Visualization” and try to create that reality for myself.

So, I would keep this number in front of my mind.. somehow it just came and it’s like eighty seven. I started developing clarity over my thoughts and my intentions.. and slowly I achieved my marks/grades that I did.

But, something happened.. that I wasn’t that same person I would associate with.. forty days prior. So, I was like this is something very different.. I should definitely continue trying this.

So, once I started doing it.. I realized that I am a vocalist.. a carnatic music vocalist.. I have always been into music since my childhood. My mother got me into it and in every south indian family.. you are always taught either classical

dance or classical music.. and I did that. But, that stuck with me because.. I really resonated with it.

But, with the practice of meditation.. the way that I would approach music itself completely changed. So, this thing came.. “Where is your music coming from..?”

It’s very easy for me to just sing and I can exactly predict when you are going to clap for me.. that is the kind of prediction that you can do.

But, “What about me..?” in the end “Who is left..?” I am left right.. with the music. So, “How do I feel and what am I projecting..?” , “Where is my music coming from..?” that kind of eternal quest started happening.

So, slowly with that.. I started understanding dance also way more. I am a contemporary dancer.

But, again that question within that.. “Who am I..?”, “What am I..?” , “Where is this coming from..?” , “What should I be doing..?” , “What is my purpose..?” , “Why am I here..?” , “Why am I in this body..?” All of these kinds of questions started happening.

Slowly, with meditation I started seeing visions.. I would have a severe headache that ran for one year.. it’s more than a migraine.. and this kind of DNA change was happening within me.. that I could experience.

Because, I started meditating.. I would not enjoy just going out with friends.. and randomly going for a quick bite. I would seek conversations that were.. way more than just casual small talk. I would like to share my experience about “Meditation..” I would want everyone to have deeper talks within.

So, everytime I meet someone.. I would definitely put a seed of “Meditation” nevertheless.. and ensure that at least even if they were not resonating with “Meditation..” they would at least become a “Vegetarian..” and put that seed within.

So, as and when this happened.. The sort of vibe and ripples started happening in Delhi and North India itself. We started going from door to door.

We would share.. first beginning with our friends itself. You begin.. charity begins at home.. right. So, you begin with your family first.. and then your closer relatives.. then further in our colonies and so to say.

Once we did that.. we started realizing.. “We have to have a bigger vision for this.. we have to reach out to more people”. So, slowly we were like “We have got visualizers.. we have got artists within us.. we have got writers within us.. and we have a few concepts.. a few things.. we are reading.. we are exploring.. so let’s come up with a magazine”

We came up with a magazine called “Its Yours”. Slowly, as we realized print is shifting to digital.. We were just like “Let us illuminate and expand this to a bigger vision called SENSEi..” which is an initiative of seekers.. and enablers of “Self-Empowerment”.

So, through that we started going to parks.. we would do these things called social experiments.. which we continue to do now also. Where, because I am a musician.. we have got four musicians.. we all go to parks.. and one thing that

brings everyone together is music right.. so, through music.. bringing everyone together.

We would go to public parks.. do music in public spaces and we would just tell passers by to come and “Why don’t you just try something called Meditation..? It’s very simple.. you don’t have to pay a penny for it. But, it will bring massive results for you..” we would share our experiences.. there is no gyaan/knowledge in this.

There is a lot of myth surrounding “Meditation..” which we would break with our own experiences. And slowly once we started doing that.. a lot of people started connecting.. and they started realizing that.. “Meditation” is not a “Babaji/Guru”thing. “Meditation..” is for everyone. It can be done anytime.. it can be done anywhere.. it is very very simple.. all of those sort of myths started breaking with personal experiences.

Then, we started doing a larger event called “Swa Anubhav/Self experience”. So, it is a larger event “Swa Anubhav..” essentially means “Your experience/Self experience. And, doing it at smaller venues and with our grander vision with “Patri sir” being our master. He would tell us to just “Think big.. think miraculously..” that is the

kind of experience that has come.. as a result of “Meditation”

“Life..!” it has a new meaning would be an

understatement.. it’s completely living a complete new life altogether.. knowing your grander vision and aligning to the grander vision of the collective.

Because we are not here.. just to do roti/basic food.. kapada/basic clothing.. makaan/basic shelter or just having regular jobs.

I work in advertising.. and my day to day life.. I work in advertising.. I do strategy for them. My life.. My profession is to tell stories.. and simultaneously working on “Pyramid Meditation Channel (PMC) Hindi..” and simultaneously doing music and dance.. and doing such grand events.

If this isn’t.. this a grander vision.. is this roti.. kapada.. makaan.. “Is this your going to the office.. coming back.. getting a good house.. having a family.. having a lot of money.. is that really the Purpose..? or “What is really the Purpose?”

If that is the question.. which is within you then.. I think you have to definitely give “Meditation..” a try. It’s not a

try.. it’s just going to become a practice.. because the time is now for you to begin “Meditation..”

I am sure there are umpteen number of things.. that can replace “Meditation” for you.. at this moment. But, I would say give it a try.. give it a practice. Once you do that.. I guarantee you that.. it will completely change your life. Because, we are here.. not just as a usual self. We are all light coming.. into this form to help.. spread the message and live.. go back to light and understand that.. we are light while we are here in this physical form.

We are all one .. there is no difference between you and me.. “We are all souls living in this body”

    Thank you very much..!

  • Ramesh Gajjala Story

    Ramesh Gajjala Story

    Hello friends..!

Myself “Ramesh Gajjala”. I am presently living in Germany.

My journey into “Joyfulness..” or my journey into “Meditation..” has started in the year 1998.

That is when.. my father had started practicing “Meditation”.

He is my first Guru.. in teaching me “How to meditate..?” In the year 1998.. when I was 16 years old.. he found this “Anapanasati Meditation..” (Th)or “Breath Meditation”. (TH) By then I could make my own choices..  and I then said, “What happens.. when people sit in silence..?”  Nothing can happen.. this is probably another new practice..  which my father had started. So, I did not immediately start practicing it.

After three months of regular practice.. he got healed of his health issues.. which he had all through his life.. that caught my curiosity. Then he started teaching meditation to everyone. So, everyone who started practicing meditation.. I found a positive change within themselves.. a healing..  that I noticed in themselves.

Then I decided.. I need to give it a try. Everything starts with that one step.. and even for me.. that first try of meditation.. changed my life. I sat in meditation.. and I realised the power of our thoughts. What I always heard of thought power.. that I read in books.. I experienced it.. in meditation.

Then I started to practice meditation.. whenever I needed it.. which means.. whenever I had exams and.. I need to wake up all through the night.. I used to meditate.  Because whenever I used to meditate.. my requirement of sleep.. went down drastically. I heard that.. One hour of deep meditation.. is equal to six to seven hours of sleep. I also realised that.. some of my health issues disappeared.. after a few weeks of practice of meditation. Since then whenever I have any health issues.. I have never used any tablet.. I have never visited any doctor. Because I knew that.. I can heal myself.. just like.. I have witnessed other people.. who ever had started practicing meditation.  In the year 2005, I started working.. and there was a little bit of stress.. that added into my life.

Again meditation was the tool.. I have used. With the practice of meditation.. my stress used to disappear. In the year 2008, I got married.. and even then meditation helped me.. in understanding and getting well.. with the family life.

So, meditation is a must.. if you are a student.. you need to meditate.. if you are an employee.. you need to meditate..  if you are single.. you need to meditate.. if you are married.. you need to meditate. “Meditation..” is the solution for every problem. “Meditation..” gives you clarity.

Meditation is very easy.. Just sit comfortably.. cross your legs.. clasp your hands..  close your eyes. and observe your breath. You can sit anywhere.. you can sit anytime. Whichever time is convenient to you.. is the right time for you to meditate. You need to sit.. as many minutes as your age. You can even start with five minutes as a start.. and gradually increase it by one minute each day.

In the year 2010, with the practice of meditation.. I realised my life purpose. I realised that.. I am here to share the joy of meditation to each and everyone I meet. Because we are not here.. to spend life in difficulties. We are here to enjoy life.. in order to enjoy life.. we need to understand.. why we are experiencing certain situations.. and in order to understand those things.. you need to meditate. Do you know that.. a normal human being has 60,000 to 90,0o0 thoughts a day.

If you are asked.. to list out the thoughts you had today..  how many can you list.. A hundred or two hundred.. what about the rest.. ? so many thoughts cross through our mind unaware.. each thought is an energy. All these unaware thoughts.. are the energy.. that are lost and these losses of energy.. create stress in our life. It does not create a clarity.. it creates confusion. So, we need to reduce these losses of energies. “How do we do that..?” It happens by awareness  (TH). Slide – We need to become aware of.. each and every thought we are having. So, it is a state of being..  and the practice of meditation refines the state of being.

Slide – The more regularly..  we do meditation. The lesser becomes.. the unnecessary thoughts. By thinking.. what we want.. we create our own reality.  Even we can realise.. how one can create.. what they want in their life. For example.. if you want to be healthy.. you can be thinking that I want to be healthy.. or you can be thinking that.. I don’t want to be sick. But, when you think of not becoming sick.. you are imaging yourself of being sick. and that is what you manifest. Slide – Once we become.. more and more aware of our thoughts.. we get a clarity on.. how we are manifesting our own reality. Slide – We create our own reality.. and we are manifesting our own reality. Nothing happens by chance. So, do practice “Meditation..” and you will also notice these things.. and you will also make your life magical..  and you will also find clarity in your life.

Another important thing is.. reading books. Do read books.. because Slide -By reading books.. we get

    • A lot of clarity.
    • A lot of answers.
    • A lot of information.

by great masters who had written these books. There are many books out there. Some books I can court is.. “Many Lives.. Many Masters” by “Dr ıı Brian Weiss..” all of his books.. it could be “Only Love is Real..” “Messages from the Masters..” all his books are wonderful.. to read. “Autobiography of a Yogi” and “Dr ıı Joe Dispenza” books.. “Breaking the habit of being Yourself” and “You are the Placebo” “Becoming Supernatural” and “The book of Mirdad..” “The book of Man..” by “Osho”.  There are a lot of books.. that one can read. So, choose the book that you connect to.. do read it. The third important thing is.. to share your experiences. So, keep sharing your experiences.. because

As you share.. you will find a different dimension within yourself. you will notice the changes. that are happening within yourself. So, doing meditation..is important. reading books.. is important and sharing your experience..  is also very important. So, keep doing these three things. and you will find that your life has really transformed.. into being magic. Thanks a lot.. friends. Thanks a lot.. for listening to me. Thanks to the “Meditation Magic” team. for giving me this opportunity. Special thanks to

  • Ravi Kiran Story

    Ravi Kiran Story

Hi, My name is “Ravi Kiran..” currently I am living in the United Kingdom. My meditation journey started in the year 2007.. I was going through a depression phase in my life.. that is when I started my Meditation.

I have two phases in my life.. a phase before meditation and life after meditation. There is a tremendous transformation in my life after meditation.

In the year 2007, I was in Sweden.. my project failed.. I could not do better. I was going through deep depression… I was already an alcoholic.. I used to drink every day.. I was a chain smoker… I was an Insomniac..

I used to sleep two to three hours a day. Sometimes I even used to take sleeping pills to get sleep.. but none of these could help. Wherever I need to express.. I could not express myself. I was having all the phobias..fears.. tensions and health issues.

It was the need of the hour  that is when, one of my friends  “Pranahita..” she spoke to me over the phone saying “This is the Meditation technique and if you do Meditation, it will help you with all these issues.”  She was trying to teach me meditation. But, I am always making fun of her saying “What is your age?” and “You are suggesting that I do Meditation?”

I could not sleep and was having all the tensions and thought to give it a try. I asked her “What is the technique..?” She said “Observe your Breath..”  “Is that all you do.. in meditation..?

I thought “Meditation” is a big process. She said, “No, it is simple.. you need to cross your legs.. clasp your fingers..close your eyes and slowly start observing your Breath.”  I started doing that.

She mentioned that.. whenever you get any thoughts.. just make sure you do not give any energy to the thoughts. Try to cut them softly and then come back to “Breath”. Then, your mind becomes empty and you receive the “Cosmic Energy..”  I thought I would give it a try.

After fifteen to twenty days I started feeling happy for no reason.. I started feeling very peaceful.

I was addicted to smoking and alcohol. But after these Forty-Five days of meditation, I gave up drinking and smoking.

I was not having the confidence at work and I was not very efficient. When I started practising meditation for more number of weeks.. and months.. I started feeling more confident. I am more confident in expressing whatever I need to express.

“Meditation..”, “Vegetarianism..”, “Reading books” suggested by senior meditators and sharing the experiences, these are the things I started implementing.

I introduced meditation to all my family members.. friends and they also started seeing benefits. They are more confident and are more efficient at work.

I became a “Vegetarian..” I used to be a ferocious meat-eater. I used to eat a lot.. more than four days a week.. When I was doing this meditation.. I started feeling compassion towards animals.

Plant-based diet on a long-term basis.. is definitely beneficial and I am also “Vegan” since the year 2012. Ever since I became a “Vegan” I feel more energetic.. I feel so light and I feel at peace.

I used to always take things personally.. if someone is saying something.. But, after meditation.. I realized that people talk out of their own understanding and wisdom.. they do not always mean whatever they are saying..

We have to be very careful.. about the kind of words delivering into this world.

We always blame people.. we always blame the situation.. we always blame our capabilities. But, after meditation you realize.. “You create your own reality..”, “What you sow.. is what you reap..”

Friends, I suggest this meditation is very simple and easy.

Just observe your own breath..and the benefits are immense.

Anyone can do.. there are no restrictions..

Start meditating everyday and create a better life for yourself.

    Thank you..!

  • Srinivas Reddy Story

    Srinivas Reddy Story

    Hi everyone !

I am Srinivas Reddy. I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineer. My spiritual journey in the past started in my childhood.

For the first time my father brought a book titled “ Bliss Divine ” by Sivananda Guruji. That was my first encounter with spirituality. This happened in my childhood days.. in my school days.

After that, through Dr ıı Newton.. I met Patriji in the year 1995 and for the first time, I got to know the technique of “Anapanasati Meditation” . This happened in the year 1995, on the day May 4th.

So, for the first time.. I sat in meditation and I had the taste of meditation in the year 1995. After that, I had so many questions.. I was more confused with those questions and started reading…

Through the advice of Patriji.. I started reading books like “A Soul’s Journey ” by Peter Richelieu, “Making Miracles” by Paul Pearsall. Then,“ Celestine Prophecy ” by James Redfield.

Then, in the year 2000, I got to know about “Torkom Saraydarian” and I started reading Torkom Saraydarian.. all the books written by him. Then, I got to know the whole picture.. the holistic approach of meditation became very much clear with reading these books.

So, what I have understood in this twenty or twenty five years is… meditation is a process.. it’s a life-long process.. Meditation transforms all darkness.. that could be emotional darkness or mind-level thinking darkness.. all that needs to be transformed into light.

And the second thing is… all the chaos in life needs to be transformed into beauty. Because chaos.. confusion.. and clarity that can never be in one place. That is the second understanding I got through these twenty five years. And the third thing is… all the unreality.. all the assumptions or superstitions need to be transmitted to reality.. these three things are very important.

Then comes the fourth understanding.. fourth understanding is from Death to Immortality. We have to understand this basic fourth principle.. you know that death is an Illusion and immortality is our real home. This understanding comes from real deep meditation and contemplation.

So, in my whole journey, I understood these four principles that, meditation is a process, it’s not a product.. from darkness to Light.. from chaos to beauty, from unreality to reality and from death to immortality. We can get this understanding in one meditation session or this may happen for some people gradually.

Meditation should be done gradually and it’s a very long process. Don’t see it like a short-term result-oriented thing. Keep this simple thing in your mind that meditation is a life-long process. Do it gradually, gradiently and never think of end-results.

Focus on the cause .. that is the entire concept of meditation about, we need to focus on the cause. This understanding , it comes to every person at the right time. Please give away your short term pleasures for long term goals.

If this attitude is there, then spiritual journey becomes a smooth journey. Otherwise, it is a very zigzag process.. which we can observe throughout the world. Don’t expect all your problems to be solved in a given immediate instant. If you keep your weeds in your mind and your emotions and start meditation then the weeds too will grow. As told by Jesus Christ, if you give energy to the problems, problems will increase.

Before doing meditation if you have an attitude like “Practice of no problem meditation”, then you will enjoy your meditation journey more effectively and efficiently. People seek instant solutions for the problems and when they don’t get the solutions for the problems.. they become nervous or anxious or worried. So, before meditation, have a clear understanding of the word called “problem” in your life. So the real definition of meditation is, if we enter the Kingdom of God .. everything will be given to us. That is the fundamental principle in meditation. All the solutions will be given to you if you expand your consciousness through meditation.

“ The practice of no problem attitude ” needs to be cultivated by everyone while doing meditation technique, “Anapanasati Meditation/ Breath Meditation”. Problems will always be there, but chasing problems you won’t get solutions. So meditation is a process where you go and tap into the solution domain and get the solutions by yourself and solve your own life problems.

The shift, if you do it gradually .. scientifically.. and regularly.. the basic shift in any human being will be like… you become more cause-oriented .. you will know motives and intentions more clearly.

All awakened meditators.. they become more introvert and the whole world is more of like extroverts and we can see the play or the dramas happening between these introverts and extroverts.

As you evolve more vertically inside yourself through meditation you become more introvert. The biggest sign of a meditator is…you become introvert, you don’t have to see the external world and become like them and you don’t start becoming extroverts.

Service should be integrated without expecting, falling into expectation hangover. Service should be like more of giving than expecting something in return.

We should do more service without expectations. This understanding is like being more clear before working towards Group Consciousness. Yeah, there is so much of New Age literature, Spirituo- Scientific literature available. One has to go through in this time period because with science and scientific insights.. meditation becomes more holistic.. more integrated. Science makes things more clear… less amount of assumptions.. less amount of superstitions.

Read more of meditation and neuroscience-related literature which will help everybody. Like through meditation what all changes happening in the brain. Please study all New Age science-related meditation literature. “ The Science of Enlightenment How Meditation Works ” by Shinzen Young is a fantastic work and “ Becoming Supernatural ” by Dr ” Joe Dispenza is a superbook with so many of case studies, scientific case studies done in the lab for the people who do regular meditation.

Read the book called “ Science of Meditation ” by Daniel Goleman and Richard J. Davidson. And you can read books by Torkom Saraydarian, he wrote “ Science of Meditation ”, three volumes – “The Fundamentals, Deeper Wisdom and Higher Connections”. Jeff Carreira.. wrote a book called “ Practice of No Problem” .. it is a fantastic book. You have so many New Age books.. like latest books, they give you so many of beautiful insights and foresights and upgraded versions and their understanding and their experiences and this makes our journey more inspirational and it gives a sense of direction.

Live in a group, decrease your obsession with self .. become meditators. In the behavior, there should be more of selflessness and more of Group Interest.. that’s what future is all about.

Our families are groups and our community.. our society needs to be educated .. that is the permanent solution for all the things. For all the issues happening throughout this Earth plane, meditation is such a beautiful tool, if people practice it regularly with a pinch of scientific temperament.

All issues can be answered through this beautiful tool called “meditation”.

Meditation is a very big Ocean.. the word meditation can be seen as a “seed” or a “ big tree”. So we can talk about so many branches.. so many trunks.. or leaves. We can talk about fruits.. we can talk about flowers because meditation is such a big concept.. its an oceanic concept.

Read literature by “Osho”. He spoke in two or three fantastic books regarding meditation. He spoke a book called The “ Orange Book – the Techniques of Meditation” , it’s a fantastic book. Another book called “ Meditation- The First and Last Freedom ” by Osho is also an excellent book.

All these books give you so many of beautiful insights, so many revelations. So that all physical level people ..emotional level people.. mind oriented people.. higher domains oriented people.. all people can do this process and become more integrated and become more synthesized.

The Source is One.. that is what will be the final understanding that meditation makes every individual connect with another individual and make some more interconnected.

Separatism is the greatest sin.. that we are not connected with anything is what ignorance and stupidity is all about. One has to take up meditation tool more consistently. Do it practically daily for whatever amount of time one can, but do it more regularly, that is my message.

    Chandrasekhar Pulamasetty Story

“Meditation & Spiritual wisdom for Manifestation”
    by Chandra Sekhar

    Hi masters and friends!

I am “Chandrasekhar Pulamasetty”. I live in Bangalore . I am a software engineer. I learnt meditation through my younger brother “ Dr|| G.K”

So, in the year 2002.. I was in a startup (of a software company) and the same year I met “Patriji”

Somehow I got some time to meditate in the year 2002.. in August-September for two months. I meditated quite a bit.. so every day I used to meditate for one to two hours a day.

At the same time, I was also reading books, “Conversations with God ” by Neale Donald Walsch.. Richard Bach’s “Jonathan Livingston Seagull..”“Illusions..”“Ramtha..”“Deepak Chopra..” and some books and Scott Peck’s “The Road Less Travelled”.

So, by the end of September 2002.. I would say that’s the time I understood myself truly. “That suffering is due to our individual ignorance”.

“How can suffering be due to our ignorance..?” Because, until that time the only thing I knew was constantly pointing and putting the blame on either my manager or at home people or somebody outside. It was never about taking responsibility inside.

If we learn.. if we understand.. if we expand our consciousness.. then automatically most of the suffering will go away. The moment I realized this.. 90% of the challenges had gone away for me. The stress has dramatically reduced.

I used to have an ENT condition ..  while I was living in the United States on the west coast. So, they said I have a bent nasal canal.. as a result, every time I fly or travel up into the mountains.. then my ears used to get blocked which is common for anyone.

However, my ears would not get unblocked when we come down off the flight or we come down the mountain. And as a result,  it is used to lead to throbbing pain and a day later it used to lead to infection. So I met several ENT specialists.. they said.. “You have a bent nasal canal and you have to use sprays.. and decongestant tablets.. every time you travel.”

So, every time I was flying.. I used to take earplugs and tablets..decongestants.. And so after about four to five months of meditation towards the end of that year.. to my great surprise the next time that I was travelling.. I was not experiencing this blocking of the ears and unblocking.. I was not experiencing any pain..

So, on the next trip I travelled I said to myself.. “this time I am not going to carry medicines and then try.” So, when I took this step.. I guess “Spirits ” are always there to help and so I went through a very nice beautiful journey.. and that is the end of me taking medication of any kind.

13:15 In the year 2003.. I co-founded a company called “Sanovi Technologies ”. For some time our company grew quite well.. there was a bumpy road.. so we could not raise funding.. so we had to scale back..

15 :10 There was a point.. where I actually wanted to leave.. This happened in the year 2008.

15:38 So, in the year 2009.. I attended workshop on “Money and Spirituality ”. This workshop opened up a lot of doors for me that..“There is enough for everybody”..“ There is Abundance in the universe”.. contradictory to the thought that.. “We have to compete for a limited set of resources..”

So, “Prosperity ” is a feeling.. that you got it and “Abundance ” is thinking that.. There is enough for everyone. I set a few new goals for myself.. the first time I wrote a mission board.

17:50 Because I set such clear goals..

    16:43 I attracted a great investor..

17:59 The company started growing and we built up the company pretty quickly.. and we acquired a lot of customers.. tripled our revenues in about three years.

19:11 At the same time, the book called “You Are the Placebo ” by “Joe Dispenza”.. came into my hands. So that clearly made me understand  the whole “Manifestation process ”

“Quantum Physics” is saying “We are less matter.. more Energy”. . according to “Quantum Physics”“99.99999999999 per cent.. we are energy and only .0001% mass..” Because they found that our atoms contain only so little mass.. so atoms.. to molecules.. to cells.. to organs.. to the body and naturally, the body is also so empty.

What is there in this emptiness.. they found that it’s all energy. Energy carrying information.. which is oscillating beyond the speed of light.

So, the first “Quantum Physics” principle “We are less matter.. more energy ”. First “Spiritual Science” principle, “We are not body.. we are the soul”. Then this energy is all interconnected.

The second principle of “Quantum Physics”is  saying that “Infinite possibilities and potentials are waiting to happen into physical reality”. Whatever that we wish to have.. or ever had it’s all a probability.. that is there as energy.. sitting out there.. waiting to happen.. it’s waiting to get collapsed into a physical reality.

What is the second statement of “Spiritual Science”, “We are Gods.. we have a Godhood in us or we have infinite potential in us” .“Quantum Physics” is collaborating with that.

And then the third principle is interesting.. “Thoughts create our reality or you can realize your potential.. through that you realize your godhood.. through your thoughts”.

And now “Quantum Physics” third principle is..“Where your attention goes.. there the energy flows and there the manifestation happens”.

Attention is nothing but our thoughts and feelings. So it was a clear for me to understand that  A: We are energy.

B: Through this energy, we have infinite potential in each of us.. because this energy is infinite. And then

C: We can practically manifest anything from this energy field.. through our thoughts and feelings.

29:18In the manifestation process in order to be able to keep your attention on what you want.. simply just to follow the “quantum principles ”.

1: Having a clear inspiring vision.. and a goal.. and a dream.. that drives you up every day. And then

2: Absolutely clearing all those limiting beliefs that come in the way of your goal.

28: 09So, you all have several conditioned “beliefs” that “I don’t have adequate resources”.. “I am not good enough”..“I am not intelligent”..“I am a poor person”..“my company is in a tough market”..“I am in a country where opportunities are less.”

These are all various “beliefs” that are formed through our conditioned society and mind.

29 :00 These beliefs absolutely are limiting us and acting exactly opposite to the vision or the goals that we have.

29:46 Because beliefs are constantly working through the subconscious mind which is like an autopilot driving us to think and act based on the belief that we had…

26:53And this is where meditation comes into a great deal in two.. three ways.

Number 1: The way to have clear attention is always thinking about having a clear cut goal or clear cut vision of what you exactly want.

The first thing to have your attention on what you want is to have a vision.. have a goal of what you want. You have to have such a goal.. that it is always inspiring you.

So, having an inspiring goal is a clear way of saying that you are focusing your attention on what you are. But that’s not sufficient.

Then there is a second one which is about reprogramming the “beliefs”.

29:09 So on one side.. you want to go forward two steps.. on the other side, you are coming back one side. So, the second aspect to work on is these “beliefs”.

30:00If you work these two in tandem.. then absolutely  you can manifest anything. And this is exactly where meditation is a foundation for it.. so I used these principles.

34:02When we meditate.. we drop 90% unwanted.. useless thoughts. What is left is.. what is really useful for us and so we gain so much clarity in asking the right things..

When we meditate regularly we are naturally deconditioning.. naturally dropping the analytical mind.. and as a result, we are able to reprogram our belief system much more easily.

34:50 So this is where we call the third element of manifestation where we surrender.

35:25 So, it’s so important friends.. that we surrender whatever that we wish to have all that is there but we surrender beyond a point.. we do our best.. but we surrender beyond a point in letting things happen.

35:59So I always say that .. when you surrenderyou are ready to change the course and ready to go with the flow and when you do that and then automatically.. The manifestation process works even more greatly.

With these three Pillars of Manifestations…“Setting clear goals”, secondly.. “Reprogramming beliefs ”.. and third..“Surrender ” and these can be combined into a meditation on a regular basis.

38:52 Thank you for the“Meditation Magic Magazine and channel” . The team is doing great work!

    39:28 Thank you ..!

  • “From Pain to Peace: How Meditation Transformed Prathima’s Health, Education, and Life”

“From Pain to Peace: How Meditation Transformed Prathima’s Health, Education, and Life”

How Meditation Transformed My Life: A Personal Journey

Hi, I’m Prathima from Minneapolis, USA. Today, I want to share my journey into meditation and how it has profoundly transformed my life.

The Beginning: Struggling with Health Issues

My journey into meditation started with a severe health issue. I had been suffering from relentless headaches that made it impossible to focus on my studies. Despite multiple hospital visits and consultations, I was not keen on taking medication. That’s when my brother, who had been practicing meditation for six years, suggested I give it a try.

    Taking the First Steps

Motivated by my brother, I decided to take on a 45-day meditation challenge. Every night at 11 o’clock, I meditated for 45 minutes. By the end of the challenge, the headaches I had been struggling with for two years had completely vanished. This experience made me realize the power of meditation, and I decided to continue practicing.

    Academic Success through Meditation

Meditation didn’t just help with my health; it significantly improved my academic performance. I became one of the top-ranking students in my engineering class. The increased energy and enhanced memory power that meditation brought allowed me to learn more in less time.

    Exploring the Spiritual Realm

As I delved deeper into meditation, my energy levels rose, and I started sensing other people’s feelings. I also realized my aura, an energy field around the physical body, was expanding. My Spiritual Guru, Brahmarshi Pitamaha Subhash Patriji, guided me through every level of my meditation practice, clarifying any questions I had.

     Experiencing the Astral Body

One day, during meditation, I felt something moving within my body. My guru explained that it was my astral body, a lighter version of our physical body that we can feel when our energy levels are high. This experience deepened my understanding and connection to meditation.

Finding Love and Starting a Family

Through meditation, I even found my soulmate and got married. My husband and I now live a happy, spiritually fulfilled life together. After five years, we decided to invite a soul into our lives and had a baby. I could feel the baby enter my womb and communicate with him even before he was born. This deep connection continued throughout my pregnancy.

    Sharing the Gift of Meditation

Now, my family and I meditate together, including our six-year-old son. I also organize meditation classes for children aged four to thirteen, helping them and their parents experience the benefits of meditation.

    Conclusion

Meditation has been a life-changing practice for me. It has improved my health, academic performance, and spiritual well-being. I encourage everyone to explore meditation and experience its transformative power.

Have fun and enjoy your life. Meditation is an energy that can help you handle everything.
